Terms and Conditions

All orders should be placed by fax or e-mail if possible. An order form can be downloaded here. If you require personal ordering please contact our office or place orders directly with your sales rep.

Minimum order: $250

Freight: Prepaid and charged

Lead Time: As we try to ship orders complete, it could take 2-3 weeks to fill your order.

Terms for new accounts: MasterCard or Visa, COD or prepayment by cheque.
Net 30-day terms are available on approved credit. Please request a credit application.
NSF cheques will be charged back with a $50 fee.
1.5% interest per month will be charged to overdue accounts.

Claims: Claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

Returns: Returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Backorders: Backorders will be cancelled and items should be reordered.
